Republican Candidate: Karen Handel
Handel has lived in the 6th District for nearly 25 years.
Handel has served as the Georgia Secretary of State, Chair of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, and the President and CEO of the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
Handel has worked in the private sector for CIBA Vision and accounting firm KPMG.
Democratic Candidate: Jon Ossoff
Ossoff was born in Atlanta and raised in 6th District's Northlake.
Ossoff is the CEO of an investigational film company, Insight TWI, that has highlighted corruption and atrocities across the world.
Ossoff has an Master's Degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE). LSE is ranked in the top 10 Best Global Universities for Economics and Business.
I hope these facts can provide some positive relief in a time of negative campaign ads.
